How we manage it all

As per state law, we are licensed real estate agents and have managed properties for over 35 years now. Everything from a one-bedroom home, to 100+ apartment complexes.

We have a fully staffed office, Monday - Friday from 9-5 PM of over 25 people. We also have a 24/7 emergency line for those middle of the night problems.

All the Landscaping, Lawn Care and Minor maintenance is handled in house by our staff of maintenance professionals. No worries about what kind of employees that those lawn services are hiring, we know are people and we trust in them.

Best of all, we only charge for units that are full. If you aren’t making money, neither are we, it’s only fair that way.
